It's really Awesome place to work & learn new technology's... And I started my career at NIIT on 5th September 2012, it was a beautiful journey in NIIT till 9th April 2020. Due to the pandemic time... I just moved out of the company...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
