Terrible work-life balance, even weekends were occupied with stretching long hours, No recognition despite working hard , internal politics and conspiracy deprive good people rather people sitting idle and chitchatting get more recognised and rewarded only because they belong to someone's good book..in Covid situation the company decided to layoff in mass despite of holding hands of employees..they forced employees to resign from their current positions..poor compensation policy they have and employee benefits is close to zero...Read More
