Good start for freshers. Decent work-life balance.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Very low pay. Rude colleagues who call themselves seniors because of their tenure, they don't know the basics of the work. The work is just copy-pasting, requires no skill and qualifications. Nobody understand the purpose of doing this. The management is the worst. They are very shady, make fake assurances regarding growth and promotions, target and shame people who speak up or ask for clarity. No efforts taken to retain the top talents. Everyone is leaving and the team will barely make it till the next quarter since it's understaffed and left with people who are good for nothing. When anyone tries to leave due to the above reasons, they are shamed and termed as "job hopper"....Read More
