This company’s management makes false promises saying they have surplus cash reserves and they wont layoff anyone. The management does not even stick to their words. Managers are puppets and dont take stand of their subordinates. They are forcing many of their employees to resign. Since being an long term employee for more than halfof a decade, these people asked me and many like me to resign reasoning performance issues even though my performance was “Successful”. NICE is a great place to work. It has great culture and lots of growth opportunities. NICE Pune office have vibrant atmosphere and plenty of engagement activities are planned through out the year to keep employees engaged both on entertainment & technical level. Overall NICE is nice to work at!!

No value for work. Since they dont have testing team, Developers are supposed to work as testers plus developer. No work satisfaction as you work as a tester most of the time. Bad in terms of work life balance, since most of the time you will find yourself working till 8-9 pm. No Salary benefits whatsoever and promotions are appreciation are kins of out of the box for these guys.

While I’ve had a positive experience at Nice Interactive, one challenge I've noticed is the occasional overlap of responsibilities across projects, which can sometimes lead to communication gaps or delays. However, I see this as an opportunity for improvement, and I believe that streamlining project management or improving communication between teams could help us work even more efficiently.

Overall Exp: I had deeply disappointing exp with this company. They exhibit a lack of moral values and frequently lay off employees without just cause. Developers are consistently placed under undue pressure, contributing to a toxic work environment. Work Culture: Work culture is poor, with employees being forced into posting positive reviews on social media. There is basic lack of respect for employees' well being and professional development. Management practice: When I was asked to resign, the company refused to honor the notice period pay, despite my willingness to serve the full notice period. When I referenced Indian labor laws, both the manager and HR shamelessly suggested I file a case against the company. I had to escalate the issue to India HR head to fight for my rightful notice pay. Advice to current Employees: If you are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan(PIP), do not waste time trying to improve within this scripted program. Instead, start preparing for your next job. Ensure you do not resign voluntarily, even if pressured to do so. Seel legal advice, as the company will do everything possible to avoid paying notice pay.
