Honestly speaking, they removed me in just 10 days from joining. Without any reason. The owner Mr. Milap doesn't have any understanding for his employees. In this tough situation of Covid, they hired me and then suddenly removed me after 10 days. This is not acceptable.

Dislikes

Trust me Readers, it is not a good place to work. No Understanding, No Support from seniors. They don't have any HR team, everything is done via their consultancy. After all its your call whether to join or not. Thanks

It was a great experience working with Nexsales for 5Years as a Business Development and Operations Team Leader and during my tenure I came across of ample of learning opportunities which developed my skills and helped me to grow not only in the company but also in life. Managers are very supportive and work culture is great in the company. Hence, you get to see less number of attritions.

Dislikes

I personally didn't dislike anything about the company but like all the companies have some area of improvements even Nexsales has few area of improvements such as transport and cafeteria.

Work Details

My work was slightly challenging as I had to look after the operations team of executives as well as manage day to day yield operations. I had to work closely with clients and manage the voice process. It was a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
