Good part to work with Netsmartz is the support from the colleagues. I was working on a new project and during scrum meetings, my lead and teammates are always very supportive and we were able to complete project one week before the deadline and we had a project success party as well :)

Dislikes

It's not for Netsmartz but for myself as I should be putting in more time to clear the certification and become a certified developer.

I had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients here. The team here is supportive, and there are clear processes in place to ensure client success. Regular training sessions provided are really helpful to stay updated with industry trends.

I really like the infrastructure of Netsmartz. I enjoy each and every amenity that company is offering. I like working out in Netsmartz gym as I get access to latest equipments. Also the policies are quite employee friendly. Overall my experience here is good.

Despite Company's claim of being an excellent workplace, my experience has been nothing sort of frustrating and demoralizing. The internal environment is filled with office politics and there is a glaring lack of career progression. Promotions are non existent, and bonuses, which are promised during hiring (mentioned in the offer letter) are almost never paid out. In my case it was never paid out working here for even 1.5 years. The policies are nothing but a trap. If you've worked here less than 3 years you can not encash your paid leaves. During your notice period you can not take more than 1 leave per month regardless of circumstances. Speaking of resignation if you resign you are shackled with a 3 month notice period, but if they decide to fire you, they only give you a month's notice. To add insult to injury they make you sing a restrictive bond of 2 year on joining and upon leaving they make you sign a document where you can not criticize the organisation till 5 years from your LWD. This make it incredibly difficult to leave without facing penalties. The company's lack of integrity extends to its treatment of employees. There is constant fare of being fired without any significant warning, and the unpaired handling of notices is demoralizing. If you have absolutely no other options then perhaps consider this company but otherwise of the stocks place. It is one of the worst places to build your career....Read More
