I really like the company culture. I have grown a lot in my career and had the opportunity to work on some great projects. The Birthday celebrations at the end of every month, the annual parties and team bonding activities are something I really like.

Good part to work with Netsmartz is the support from the colleagues. I was working on a new project and during scrum meetings, my lead and teammates are always very supportive and we were able to complete project one week before the deadline and we had a project success party as well :)

Dislikes

It's not for Netsmartz but for myself as I should be putting in more time to clear the certification and become a certified developer.

Waste of time . No job security,when they don't have projects they lay offs employees , instead of lay offs they should give peoples chance to learn new technologies. No appraisals.

I really like the infrastructure of Netsmartz. I enjoy each and every amenity that company is offering. I like working out in Netsmartz gym as I get access to latest equipments. Also the policies are quite employee friendly. Overall my experience here is good.
