Despite Company's claim of being an excellent workplace, my experience has been nothing sort of frustrating and demoralizing. The internal environment is filled with office politics and there is a glaring lack of career progression. Promotions are non existent, and bonuses, which are promised during hiring (mentioned in the offer letter) are almost never paid out. In my case it was never paid out working here for even 1.5 years. The policies are nothing but a trap. If you've worked here less than 3 years you can not encash your paid leaves. During your notice period you can not take more than 1 leave per month regardless of circumstances. Speaking of resignation if you resign you are shackled with a 3 month notice period, but if they decide to fire you, they only give you a month's notice. To add insult to injury they make you sing a restrictive bond of 2 year on joining and upon leaving they make you sign a document where you can not criticize the organisation till 5 years from your LWD. This make it incredibly difficult to leave without facing penalties. The company's lack of integrity extends to its treatment of employees. There is constant fare of being fired without any significant warning, and the unpaired handling of notices is demoralizing. I have a good experience working in netsmartz. The company provides continuous learning opportunities that help me to grow in my profile. Support from managers is impressive and they are ready to help. Overall, it's a great environment to work in that helps to grow personally and professionally.
