Netlink company is a best company.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Not handling projects with full of control with operation team . Manager are just putting pressure for work but not thinking about right way of Project. Technical team missing in IBG netlink and also not listing to the team. Don't like leadership. Manager are just taking there job for salary only not talking about right way of job. Just showing they are working. Every year firing person with comments not satisfy with there jobs. Full of politics works they are just showing that they are working in team. Not talking about right way of Project. Less knowledge of project success and profitable business. Just firing employee with comments of unsatisfied performance. Company no support when employee in trouble related there on job accident. They are torcher the employee when they have decided to fire the employee. No proper human resource policy . i'm working here for more than 5 years. i had some great mentor. top management is very co-operative.

they have so many hr team member but when you actually need them they will not respond you have to talk to your manager to solve every single problem instead of hr.

There are one type of people who keeps to working hard and not getting payed enough same time there is another type who work less and do policits and marketing to their job and get paid well.
