Want to build microsoft like products from the freshers(that to from tier 3 colleges) and unpaid interns. Inexperienced people are asked to stay till the next morning until the work is finished. Forget work life balance- 5days strictly work from office and remaining 2 days work from home. Strictly put your thumps on the biometric machine at 10 am other wise half day will be considered and forget about leaving early. Got themselves GPTW certified, by forecfully getting those forms filled. Everyone has to clap once the product head enters the lobby. What nonsense.
