There is nothing to be liked about Netlink as there is no professionalism and process to be followed.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible and there is very unhealthy working environment. Too much of dirty politics and no professionalism at all. Few people with authority practice dictatorship and they have captured the process flow. Job security is terrible and they fire anyone without following the process. Netlink lacs work ethics completely.

There's nothing I can say that I like about Netlink. The work culture is pathetic and a lot of internal dirty politics is involved.

Dislikes

There is no professionalism at all and the job security is really poor. They terminate anyone without following a process and guidelines. A few people with authority have captured the management flow and they take undue advantage of their positions.

salary is negotiable in year no increment i have working at ५ year atleast increase salary who are given long time in between ५ year and graduated in BE,the uneducated people don't care these factors but some people feel that problem!! I just written my thoughts I am not complaint and not blaming in company policy not worry about it

Netlink company is a best company.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Everything. Talking about Lumenore. Culture is worst. No introduction with the team after joining. Things will be kept hidden. People from your team will be fired with immediate effect and no one will be communicated the reason. Top leadership is very talkative and but no sense. Everything is Fast paced without any reason. All the work is urgent yet delayed. Everyone seems to be in a hurry yet nothing is delivered at the end of the day. Products are being built with intuitions only and no one can question. Want to build microsoft like products from the freshers(that to from tier 3 colleges) and unpaid interns. Inexperienced people are asked to stay till the next morning until the work is finished. Forget work life balance- 5days strictly work from office and remaining 2 days work from home. Strictly put your thumps on the biometric machine at 10 am other wise half day will be considered and forget about leaving early. Got themselves GPTW certified, by forecfully getting those forms filled. Everyone has to clap once the product head enters the lobby. What nonsense.
