Good Environment to work for a entry level IT professional. We can learn lots of new technology related stuffs from them. Worked with them for less than a year and I got placed in a company as a System Administrator.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
