HR is just for name sake. HR folks are not able to take any stand. Organization has lost its direction. One would be asked to leave if project comes to an end as there not enough projects. Many senior people have been asked to leave or have left in last one year.
They would want to you to work from office if possible even during covid times. WFH is just an eye wash

Better company to spoil our carrier. If you came to bench after project over that is your LWD. Here all projects is 3 months or 6 months and max 1 Years. few people will say they are working from past 4 Years but don't believe them
Ness Technologies will put in project for 3 months to 6 months if they put only one month they ness technologies can improve the employee life spoil count is more better put only 1 month
