Telling from my own experience of working at NeoSOFT for almost two years, I strongly recommend this place if you have excellent collaboration skills and can take the lead in self-domain and cross-functional work. If you are ambitious, confident, a decision-maker, and have leadership qualities, NeoSOFT is the place.

At this point in time, I haven't come across any downsides or drawbacks that would stop me from recommending this company. However, I will continue to evaluate and assess my review in future as well.

We have annual awards by the name "Excellencia". It recognizes the performances and achievements of employees for that particular year. The awards are held on a grand scale. Receiving an award at "Excellencia" is a great and proud feeling. Everyone cheers and claps for the winners. I received an award last year, while on of my colleagues received it this time.

I have seen success go to some individuals head. It brings a change in their attitude. I try to stay away from it.

Along with this valued benefit, my skills and knowledge has improved to an extent, resulting me to grow professionally competent.

While the company does offer the crossover opportunity for its employees into different domains, I feel to say that this opportunity is limited and may not be available to everyone. Company focuses on those who are well-versed and highly skilled in their respective domains and only such individuals over here get to take advantage of crossover opportunities when they do arise. The company is accommodating towards everyone. Despite the professional environment, there is warmth in this place. You can express yourself freely and share your thoughts and ideas. Never felt any hesitation in doing so. Getting used to the culture and the approach was never complex.

These three are employees friendly over here, to quite an extent. Insurance cover is there, and in addition to it, gratuity and provident fund benefits are also on offer. Talking or work, one gets to deal with the latest platform and technologies. It helps to stay update at the industry level. I get to experiment and try out new things as well. Self-learning opportunities are plenty.
