The team manages the full deal lifecycle, from target sourcing and financial analysis to due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration - ensuring transactions align with the companys long-term strategy. The team collaborates across departments to execute deals that drive growth, optimize synergies, and enhance the company’s strategic position.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities by driving business development efforts by reaching out to investment bankers, potential targets, and other stakeholders
• Conduct In-depth market and industry research to stay ahead of trends and emerging growth opportunities
• Engage and evaluate potential acquisition targets through detailed analysis and preliminary assessment of strategic fit
• Assist in various stages of the M&A process post-initial assessment, including data management, structuring, negotiation, and due diligence
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, pitch decks, and other materials for executive leadership and stakeholders
• Track industry dynamics, emerging technologies, and key M&A developments

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts
• Detail-oriented precision in models, reports, and other stakeholder material

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience (full-time or internship) in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with valuation concepts and M&A processes
• Passion for M&A and interest in understanding diverse industries
