Role & responsibilities
Contract and Transaction Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements and legal documents mainly related to advertisement contract.
- Standardize contracts to minimize legal risk and ensure consistency across departments.
- Organize and maintain an effective contract management system to streamline business processes.
- Managing M&A agreement and complex agreement with exposure to international contacting
- Should have handled mega celebrity contract, sponsorship agreement and marketing contract agreement.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including APMC, ASCI, FSSAI, legal metrology, drugs and cosmetics.
Intellectual Property Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the organizations intellectual property rights (IPR).
- Track status of applications and registrations, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that legal concerns are addressed promptly.
- Act as a liaison between the company and legal representatives, ensuring sound management of legal matters.
Legal Research & Advisory:
- Conduct legal research and provide practical, timely legal opinions on issues faced by the company.
- Stay informed of changes in legislation and advise management accordingly.
Document Management
- Ensure the legal department maintains an organized and efficient document management system.
- Manage and update legal documentation to ensure compliance with record-keeping standards.
Communication and Brand Building:
- Contribute positively to the organizations brand reputation by promoting best legal practices.
- Ensure transparency and legal integrity in all communications and transactions.
Team Collaboration & Development:
- Work closely with various departments to provide proactive legal support.
