No benefits in terms of incentives, insurance, leaves. Sign Bond and compulsory renewal every year with increment. No training and development. Complete client responsibility is on Sales be it technical, commercial all. No perks, School environment.

I joined this workplace only six months ago with the hope of learning a lot, and it;s proven to be an excellent decision for my career. The people hare are genuinely helpful and friendly. Nobody displays ego, and everyone, especially the management and seniors, is down ro earth.

Don't join this company if you have to waste your time.they are not giving proper training and interview is taken by other team and when you join your location and team is changed,old people not supporting at all,they are expecting closure from us and they give awards to old people only.
