I participated in the sports events, which was a pleasant experience. It helped to keep alive the competitive spirit. Won a couple of awards as well. The best thing was that I could interact with individuals from the company whom I didn’t know much about. It started a conversation between us. Festival celebrations also form a part of employee engagement in this company.

When work from the home facility was given to us at the time of the pandemic, every help needed was provided to enable a smooth transition. Our Manager and Team Lead made sure that the productivity levels were maintained and that we achieved the targets as well. A bit more flexibility was provided taking into consideration the situation.
