It's a very positive work environment with good flexibility—I can easily manage work and life. I have met some very talented colleagues here who make work exciting by implementing new ideas. Plus, the company organizes lots of fun activities, like the famous Champions Cricket League, which we all enjoy.

Neosoft has a solid presence in the market and huge client base. It has been good for my career , as it broaden my expertise and take on site opportunities .I even got appreciation from top management and received award for my performance. It felt nice and I think its great place to work

Don't join this company if you have to waste your time.they are not giving proper training and interview is taken by other team and when you join your location and team is changed,old people not supporting at all,they are expecting closure from us and they give awards to old people only.

This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.
