Previously NEC was known for opportunities to work on new technologies.

Dislikes

Limited growth. Leadership team don't care about resources in their team. They don't know resources growth chart. In NEC people get attention by their face value only. HR and Admin management is very poor. No employee benefits. In Hybrid work model their internet/ LAN are not capable of load, if approx 50 people are working from office then their internet goes down for almost half day.

Internal team transfer that’s a good thing so you can also explore the other projects as well.

Dislikes

Too much politics within internal team. But this is also team wise. High level people don’t know the ground level working strategies.
