No monetary, role, appraisals, skill level growth for senior employees. There is no process of promotion at all. People are stuck in same position for many years. Your progress depends on your relationship with your managers. Growths is not based on your work. Salary structure is super pathetic. Major salary component is contract bounded. Almost no salary hikes With the hikes you can't even buy yourself a KG of peanuts. This is the level of hikes they provide. Only the higher management gets all the hikes. The juniors are ignored even if they have done enough to satisfy the KRA and gone beyond their KRA. The offer letter only mentions 9-5 it's actually 9-9.
