Due to MNC they have to Obey the Compliance to Maintain the Reputation. That's only hope for Job security if employees working honestly.

No Work life balance Local Politics No Growth due to NO Understanding for Dignity & Respect. Unskilled Management to utilise the resources hence its leading completely unhappy to work and only providing numbers that does not make any sense just numbers are important. It's lead unsatisfying employees Day by day. No Logical thinking and misguided (Ex- Ruse- Ukren War is no relationship with India for Employees who's is working on Ground level in India but even Manager is addressing many times and forced for reduce the Expense which Employees submitted as per the standard.) New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
