I have been part of NAV for 5 years and my journey has been excellent. The company offers a great platform to learn grow and advance in your career. The work is exciting and challenging but you will be trained by industry experts and have global client exposure. If you are talented you will be promoted fast no matter the experience

The office ambiance is good–has all the amenities and a comfortable workspace. The creche facility for children has been a huge help for me. It’s a decent experience to be a part of the NAV family as the work is interesting and helps network with big clients.

I got to work alongside such highly qualified and experienced professionals here. It has been very helpful in so many ways as I learned a lot beyond my job role and improved my communication skills. Best thing is my hard work was appreciated and I received a bonus for my contribution too.

I joined as a fresher and everyone was welcoming. The training and guidance I received from my teammates and seniors was flawless. I am always encouraged to share my ideas and opinions without any hesitation. I am truly enjoying my time and look forward to more such good experiences.

Extended working hours especially during live seasons

Amazing company with a big campus and friendly colleagues. Our HR and management are excellent and really care about work-life balance. They even organize wellness sessions like yoga, meditation and free health check-ups for employees.

Trainings for new joiners should be more structured, rest things are great.

Incredible access to advanced tools and next-generation tech projects. The work is challenging but it provides a great learning experience. Also, the management and HR are very nice and support us in every way. The compensation and benefits offered are exceptional and much better than what I was receiving at my previous job.

For four years, I have been a part of NAV Backoffice and it is the best place in all aspects. The work exposure is fantastic and there are continuous opportunities for skill development. There is high competition. You have to be exceptionally good if you want to grow.

There are many intelligent and talented individuals to collaborate with. My teammates and seniors were all very helpful and guided me well. I gained hands-on experience while being exposed to different industries. The journey has been positive so far, and I am anticipating more exciting projects.

Excellent perks and immense growth opportunities in all domains. Office environment is also superb with friendly co-workers and lots of amenities & facilities available like basketball & badminton courts, recreational zones and my favorite box cricket–getting to play sometimes really refreshes my mind and has increased my productivity too.
