1. Cab facility only one side 2. Great working life balance for almost entire Natwest departments. 3. Work environment and primises are also at very great condition. 4. Salary will always credit at time or before it.
1. I have worked in many departments all are so good but the Portfolio department of the company that have just Indian managers and laeders have extreme work pressure, great retention rate, micromanagement, office politics and the overall work environment is very toxic. 2. Just look for which department you're going to work for. Otherwise, the company is literally awesome.

NatWest provides job security and it's a good place.
We've leaves but only 1 to 2 person can take leave on the same day including sick leave which I don't find a good thing. They need prove for only one day sick leave if someone is feeling weak how it's possible to give prove of that only for one day.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.
Many people only talk and get promoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

During appraisal discussions, the management frequently justifies minimal increments by claiming that your salary is already above the industry benchmark—a statement far removed from reality. Over time, this persistent undervaluation can erode your motivation and hinder your professional growth. You may feel trapped by the rigid 90-day notice period policy, which not only limits your mobility but also causes you to lose touch with critical interview skills. The work culture leaves much to be desired. Managers often show little regard for employee well-being, fostering an environment where working excessively long hours is the norm. Webchat Dept. in chennai . Too much politics.. People licking management's shoes gets promoted to higher levels , where as the hardworkers stay in the same level and management tries to ditch them . Drug usage , alchaloic managers are allowed inside the office and when someone raises questions , they try and somehow get them fired. And they don't give a shit about employees personal life
