-> Lack of opportunity of advancement, low bonus. -> NatWest technology India is a company with strong culture of Hierarchy, which can be seen in the way teams are structured and managed. This leads to a sense of distance between managers and employees and makes it difficult for employees to feel comfortable speaking up or sharing their ideas. -> There have been reports of racist treatment from managers of southern India towards their collogues from northern India, particularly in technology teams based in Bangalore and Chennai. This creates hostile work environment. -> While HR claims to be committed to gender equality and providing opportunities for employees to speak up, whistle blowers are reported being targeted or sidelined. Pathetic salary Highly unethical practices becuase it's a cost centre funded by uk shareholders hence no one is closely tracking the justification of spends. This for employees means that there is zero merit based culture. People freely hire their friends and relatives in their own teams.
