It does tend to get a bit strict with work timings from time to time.

Good for women employees, in the sense of benefits and the diversity quotient

Dislikes

The culture is so toxic, no recognition for fresh ideas. Lot of hierarchy so lot of politics, most of the top management have started the career here and in retirement phase of life.. You will be judged on everything and you're forced to prove yourself day in and day out.. pretty boring organisation

I'm not happy with the way fresh ideas are treated.. this organisation is in a different world altogether, the terms used here bear different meaning against the industry standards..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
