Drug usage , alchaloic managers are allowed inside the office and when someone raises questions , they try and somehow get them fired. And they don't give a shit about employees personal life

They have the most egoistic and skill less managers. Your hard work and opinions would not matter unless and until you play according to the system of not suggesting alternatives when you know things could be better that way. They expect you to be brainless machines that do exactly what is asked to be done. You ask a question about something that you feel doesn't make sense to one of the superiors in the most respectful ways and suddenly you become the troublesome employee. If you are fine with just doing what you're asked to and are not inquisitive in nature, you could do fine here. If you are someone who tries to find better ways of getting things done or a person who requires to have 100 percentage clarity behind the purpose of your work, then NatWest is a big no. The scope of my responsibilities has grown significantly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

Many people only talk and get promoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

Work life balance, fair enforcement of policies and no limits for learning, skill building and growth.

Above mentioned may vary based on the manager you are working with. All things may be limited to the people who are favourite but this is very rare.
