During appraisal discussions, the management frequently justifies minimal increments by claiming that your salary is already above the industry benchmark—a statement far removed from reality. You may feel trapped by the rigid 90-day notice period policy, which not only limits your mobility but also causes you to lose touch with critical interview skills. Webchat Dept. in chennai . Too much politics.. People licking management's shoes gets promoted to higher levels , where as the hardworkers stay in the same level and management tries to ditch them . Drug usage , alchaloic managers are allowed inside the office and when someone raises questions , they try and somehow get them fired. And they don't give a shit about employees personal life

I Don't think so any dislike in RBS but need to improvement like more opportunities for those people who are already working with RBS from long time . Like preference for those people who is acutely deserve the next level. Please providing the support those people as well.

One of the best organisation i have worked with. Managers and higher leadership is very good. Worklife balance in the organisation is excellent and you get good amount of leaves to enjoy with your family. I want a re entry in this organisation this is all i can say.

Dislikes

The only one thing which should be corrected is providing both way cabs to employees during return to office days. Apart form this i dont have anything to say.

The scope of my responsibilities has grown significantly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

Many people only talk and get promoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

Above mentioned may vary based on the manager you are working with. All things may be limited to the people who are favourite but this is very rare.
