One of the best organisation i have worked with. Managers and higher leadership is very good. Worklife balance in the organisation is excellent and you get good amount of leaves to enjoy with your family. I want a re entry in this organisation this is all i can say.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.
Many people only talk and get promoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.
