This is the first company to commercially produce hydroponically grown exotic fruits and vegetables in a glass house using Dutch technology and bring into the market as a Nature's Miracle product available at various stores like Le Marche, Big bazaar, food all, big basket etc. . Company is led by young people which is very good, everyone here is enthusiastic. No politics involved. Complete work life balance.

Dislikes

Appraisals are on time but not satisfactory. Growth is very slow. Product innovation is missing. Scheduling and planing is micromanaged which delays the process.
