Worst service company to work for at present - poor appraisals - 3 % ctc cut in name of company performance - if you are on bench or maternity leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries...Read More

They force you to work on things that are not beneficial for you, and then they base promotions on skills you are not allowed to work on. The promotion process is terrible. They expect you to complete full-fledged projects in addition to your regular work, and promotions are dry not salary increment.

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

About NAGARRO , company is going down day by day . Already appraisals are postponed by 6 months and not they have declined org bonus as well to be paid to employees. In the name of increment, penny amount of hardly 3-5% is giving. Bench strength is increasing day by day . Silent layoffs are happening for people who are on bench for more than 6 months

1. No Promotion 2. Dirty politics by management and senior people in SAP India team. 3. Secret firing by putting people in PIP... 4. No transparancy in company policies, Performance rating. You can be put into PIP and eventually fired even though your care feedback was good.,. HR will just dance like puppet to Manager and will issue PIP to you with just one meeting and you will be shown door. 5. No projects in SAP... Except Siemens they don't have any projects...they will give you dummy S4 system when you are hired and will put you on bench and you will be giving demo to other teams members on new SAP topics. 6. Many people left and new people left because of these politics... 7. Dull HR.. 8. Your demand in a department is directly proportional to the need your manager has. They hire on requirement basis and once that requirement is finished, u are free without any work. Also organisation is very good but how your job is going to be depends on your manager. So if u have a good manager good for you else corporate politics and favoritism goes on here.

Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

Job security is less. It is growing so sometimes in order to maintain profitability makes compensation changes and appraisal delay . Medical insurance can be better

Nothing, work life balance is terrible as company expects its employees to work for more than 9 hours and even more so the management doesn’t welcome good ideas for minimising the working with effective skills and tools. The management of finance department don’t want to change the orthodox working and treat their employees as unskilled employees.

Everything, I thought the company is a people company and would treat its employees as part of family because they always say that we all employees are a part of one big family. But they don’t believe in this statement, I wish employees could take a stand and talk about their stress or feelings more often but there isn’t any platform which welcomes this type of initiative. Nagarro provides remote job for some projects. Also tax declaration process is also good. You can opt for Carporate nps, and many more. Leave policies are also good.

Bench is hell. Allocation process is really terrible. There are dry promotions mostly and hike in salary is like only tax increased not inhand salary. In the name of organizational bonus they did salary cut i.e. 3% of fixed component. Most of Clients projects have old techstack. No work life balance due to bad clients. They fired most of employees while market was down.
