Likes: Nagarro was a gem when I joined in 2012. I learned a lot in Nagarro and spent a good amount of time in Nagarro.
I got good growth and learning before COVID but after COVID company situation got worse. Dislikes: Bad managers/Directors/Sr Directors.

No designated work
No good projects. There is no work related to designation. Only Lala chooses a favorite resource on the top (even he/she has knowledge of not) and trusts him/her only. I challenge if you can do anything on this.

Likes: Work life balance and company culture is good. Flat hierarchy helps a lot to learn, to grow and resolve doubts. Provides flexible working time as long as you attend the meetings and deliver the tasks on time.
Dislikes: No fixed time for annual hikes or promotions. They've postponed it for 6 months since the last 2 years. No job security, multiple silent layoffs.

3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.
