It has been 8 years I am working with Nagarro that makes half of my professional experience. The management here is quite adaptive and dynamic (true agile). Work life balance is amazing (of course 5% of the projects would be more demanding than the rest) and work from anywhere policy is working just fine for everyone . This is one of the best companies to work with in terms of job security. In the covid times when multiple accounts ramped down, the management decided a small % of salary cut (that too based on designations) to ensure we retain everyone in challenging times. Dislikes

this is not exception for Nagarro but the company needs to tale care of the older employees the same way they are brining fresh talent from the market. The salary bands have exploded in the last 2 years with existing folks falling at the bottom or middle of them.

Nothing is perfect in this world so is Nagarro. Needs to improve on leaves policies as many other companies offers more leaves :). So looking forward for it...
