Internal politics, suddend policy changes, 4 years bond for freshers (which ruine there life), terrible work life balance, over time work, Strick and bad work atmosphere. Improper project management by Leads and only forcing juniors without proper guidance. Please think twice before joining MSC that too for tech support.
