Worst management in PM project and also so called manager is there and he is very rude guy and the worst work culture is exist in that particular project. He is the manager of LOB called maintenance team..if anyone wants to join that particular project, please don’t go

Work life balance is good, Manager is comparative and Leave approvals are not at all Hard (if any pending). Learning is good. Team mates and work culture is average.

No salary Hikes for years. No increments and appreciation. Once selected please come with high package already so that , no worries till next few months/year.

There is nothing good here, join only if there is no other offer and better work options, It's not at all a good place to work as company doesn't care for its employees growth in any manner like professional career or salary/incentive,.all that matters to the company is make more profit at any cost

Dislikes

If you join as a fresher, your salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.

We have to meet 7 hours 45 minutes on floor even after completing our work. And if we don't met they reduce our ratings as per KRA even if my work utilisation is more than 100%

I like only training phase they gave good training by MLA when we are in training period it's good,everyone improved their skills which they trained themselves.

Work culture it's very bad, management is very bad, and freshers dont join mphasis because definitely your career will going stuck and drop, again u step out of the mphasis again u start from scratch because they won't give proper project opportunities.

I got good colleagues who are friendly and always ready to help.

Dislikes

They hired me saying it's hybrid module but since you are new you will have to work from office for 3 months. Then once i joined, they asked me to work from office for 6 months. Now i completed 6 months, they are saying they will not allow hybrid module at all. Fake promises was made while hiring.

The organisation is highly de- centralised, and divided the organisation into project wise. That's what I don't like the concept.

I worked with Mphasis only for 6 months and in those 6 months I worked for 3 months only that to at client site. The client site environment was good.

Dislikes

I felt a few people feels that they own the company and gets so rude with the employees. I personally didn't like their attitude , had to quit within 6 months. Otherwise I had a plan to stay for long.
