Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

Dislikes

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

They will conduct 8 to 10 test then they will terminate if you don't have 70 % bench mark In my batch all most 30% of people had 69.5% still they didn't consider our marks Please don't prefer this company

Nightmare for freshers or less experienced people Bench policy Hardly get any relevant experience as a fresher Put you on bench and it is very hard to be deployed after you get on bench

I appreciated the chance to work on real-world projects like 'RLL - What's Cooking.' It helped me gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing a full-stack application with Angular and Spring Boot

While I enjoyed learning new skills and working on interesting projects at Mphasis, I felt there was a lack of job security. The requirement to meet certain exam scores to keep the job was challenging

Worst management in PM project and also so called manager is there and he is very rude guy and the worst work culture is exist in that particular project. He is the manager of LOB called maintenance team..if anyone wants to join that particular project, please don’t go

No salary hikes from past 5 years. No promotions. If you ask, they will tell you that please change company. We are in loss. Others companies are firing their employees. But, we are not.

I was sitting at the client location TATA AIA and there was very political and favouritism and you have to work 24x7.

I like the Company culture. Company hours. Company gives us party in every 4-6 months that I like most.

We have to meet 7 hours 45 minutes on floor even after completing our work. And if we don't met they reduce our ratings as per KRA even if my work utilisation is more than 100%

I like only training phase they gave good training by MLA when we are in training period it's good,everyone improved their skills which they trained themselves.

Dislikes

Work culture it's very bad, management is very bad, and freshers dont join mphasis because definitely your career will going stuck and drop, again u step out of the mphasis again u start from scratch because they won't give proper project opportunities.

I got good colleagues who are friendly and always ready to help.

Dislikes

They hired me saying it's hybrid module but since you are new you will have to work from office for 3 months. Then once i joined, they asked me to work from office for 6 months. Now i completed 6 months, they are saying they will not allow hybrid module at all. Fake promises was made while hiring.

The organisation is highly de- centralised, and divided the organisation into project wise. That's what I don't like the concept.
