Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Please suggest me which company would be best to join for good knowledge growth, stability and moderate work pressure.

Work environment was good. Team was another good as all colleagues were very much co-operative hence don't found any difficulties durring Project.

Dislikes

There was no good appraisal consideration of employees education as well as technical expertise.
