Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Work environment was good. Team was another good as all colleagues were very much co-operative hence don't found any difficulties durring Project.

Dislikes

There was no good appraisal consideration of employees education as well as technical expertise.
