Note: Its not a cloud ,network related job, Do not fall in the trap of Hiring team stunts as we did. its a Call ,chat ticket support and 0 scope of Growth. If you are a fresher go for some other opportunity , Don't spoil you F* career 1.They select the freshers ,and treat them as sheep's for 2 years of agreement. 2.Company always goes to losses at the time of increments. 0 scope of increments and 100% lies of increments .Work hard as you can your rating will be always 3. 3.No budget for Headset ,mousepads (tech should buy there own ) 4.Management Politics ,if you question them get ready to be targeted. 5. We were hired with false promises firstly and when on boarded and informed the se to HR no action was taken. We were informed mobile was allowed on floor and then slowly they introduced locker system. Here TL, EL Manager all are in effective. 0 problem solving skills from management side. Human resource side after innumerable followup we get response. After quiting we are suppose to get full and final settlement in 45 days a super mail but when spoke to Hr stating it had been more then 45 days they ask us to wait for salary day month end makes no sense. Management is horrible and they think they run a clean system which is not at all true false accusing employees and penalty faced by employees due to TL & EL careless Ness. Worse place don't ever try this place ever. People join here and leave within a month due to poor management and company atmosphere...Read More

Do expect hikes even they will give default 1.86% hike only. Even you work here more than 5 years you wont get any promotion or role change. Dont expect any Perks. For Diwali they wont give any Bonus or Sonpapdi box, even they don't send Diwali wishes mail .

worst management with poor managing skills, doesnt provide a healthy atmosphere to work , freshers are asked to sign bond for 2years and get payed peanuts in return , too much of work stress , theres no word for work-life balance (hyd movate) freshers pls skip this company
