Can't say about office work environment now because of WFH. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Yes, lot of policies are there and be carefully while salary negotiations while joining, they will give you less what they committed while scheduling interviews.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
