Salary is too low and appraisals are below par even with 4 star ratings. No projects since the telnet project got shelved. On Bench after 7+ year experience in the company. And one fine day HR calls and offers to leave the company as there are no projects.

i enjoy working at Mouritech Pvt Ltd. because of the great company culture that fosters collaboration and growth. The work-life balance was excellent, allowed me to stay productive while maintaining personal time. Work satisfaction is high as I find my tasks meaningful, and the opportunities for promotions/appraisals motivate me to continuously improve and contribute to the company success.

Dislikes

Once i aspect dislike about working at Mouritect Pvt Ltd is lack of job security. It can be unsettling not knowing if the stability of my position is guaranteed in the long term.

Nothing, the only benefit is that if you are on a project they won't force you to come office, this is only the benefit

If you are not in the project, they will give you the task even if they don't know if the tasks are achievable or not; if you disagree or if you have not completed the task, they will fire you from the company.
