There is no job security. and it is not a product-based firm. If we are on bench, they make us attend interviews for different companies. If we didn't get selected, they immediately terminate without any second thought.

It was ok until i was on the project. Everything changed once i was on bench.

In Job security prospectus we can say as how other IT companies follow the same procedure that I have been observed, work culture is good and encouraging well, company policies which I observed good.

I expect more technological tasks on latest technology and trends. Once they assign any project related to the project tasks only they assign.

Assigning work is truly client oriented and client satisfaction is the main policy to the company. This is good which I feel and always I want to follow

Much time you get to learn because the company doesn't have many projects. They hire the resources and put them on the bench .

Dislikes

They frequently hire the resources to keep their company reputation in terms of level 5 companies and deboard the resources in 6 months. They schedule the client interviews but those are conducted by the internal team only. if you crack the interview also feedback from management will be negative . Management will get some points tobe noted on the resources to deboard them very easily. Word culture is very poor. success measure rate relies completely on the Leads .it would be supportive if appraisals are reviewd based on the billable hours

No work life balance .... Frist of all there is No projects, mangers and teammay are supportive. Company policies not good.they promised in joining time ever six months hike or bonus but no appraisals.
