Work responsibilities can be challenging at times.

Work Details

I have been managing HR operations and recruitment in the company. It has been a great journey starting in basic management to growing along with the company with higher responsibilities as senior HR manager.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
