There b is no training provided you are given work from first day. Career growth does not depend on your performance it for number of year hierarchy.. work life balance is pathetic, there is favouritism here

This company really cares about their employees and there is a good work life balance. Bangalore office is a nice office space and the HR people are very cooperative and responsive.

i felt there could be more initiatives towards career growth or cross department trainings and things like that.

The current work environment fosters toxicity, regional politics, and even racism, creating an unfair and demoralizing atmosphere. There’s no scope for growth or opportunities to learn new skills, leaving employees stagnant and unmotivated. Top-level management shows little to no concern for employee well-being, while demanding excessive working hours that often exceed 14 hours a day. Such an exploitative culture only allows a select few with personal favoritism or connections to thrive, leaving the rest to struggle. This is not how an organization should function.
