Employee centric company. Good benefits compared to other companies.
HR department doesn't respond for refferal, neither they are concerned about attrition rate. If any employee complaints or resign they don't have any self initiative to ask also why employee is leaving because in company salary issue is not the reason. Many are tired stressed of managers, process , no promotions , etc.

1. A very poor manager assigned to our team he just got promoted as he is long time working with mercer no other quality of handling big sizes of team. 2. Working hours are showing 8-5 but it is for HR only as an employee we used to do so much of extra time after reaching home we used to sit till 12 or 2 am midnight for just completing the work, Jo ki next day bhi ho sakta h but pressure OMYGOD 3. Lot lots lots of pressure 4.promotion kisi ko har saal mila kisi ko mila he nhi mene jabki 6 month he kaam kiya but log promotion lete gye. 5. Toxic manager not all but mine was. 6.
