Thw work environment and the culture is just fantastic also the initiative company takes for the poor people like running varios camps and stuff. Company looks after each and every employee. Best company to work.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike here is that not 100% of marsh works the same. There are fee departments which are amazing and the rest are not that great. Like if you are in operation I would say you are not in that good spot due to the salary being low and also fresher get good hike but the experienced people do suffer alot. Like if you are coming from an experienced Background its better if you get the initial good hike. Later you won’t get that much appraisal....Read More

Dislikes

Transport Facilities should be provided to people staying beyond boundaries. Marsh though recruit people staying out of boundary which is good part on their end but if transport facilities are available will be an additional advantage
