Well the company is good, but I was unfortunate that I did not get the right boss / line manager who could understand that I really wanted to grow in this organizations. What happened is I was taken for granted there were no proper measures taken for my growth, I was redundantly asking for guidance but only thing happened with me was ignorance.. I truly believe that even if I would have given the best of me (which I was already doing) still some other person would have been always rated better than me, even If I have better results and numbers and quality etc etc Nevertheless.... Dislike would be not so good understanding of management towards their employees (and they call themselves an employee centric company)

Work Details

My work was very monotonous. It was basically changing address of pensioners and other basic details... Sometimes we would deal with power of attorneys After a specific set of time it used to be super boring to work on the same thing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
