The work culture is toxic, and there’s zero work-life balance. Employees are expected to be available 24/7, with management frequently ignoring personal time or boundaries. There is constant pressure to overperform without any recognition or appreciation. Leadership is disorganized and unprofessional, with no clear direction or support. Decisions are made arbitrarily, and favoritism runs rampant. Constructive feedback is dismissed, and anyone who challenges the status quo is met with hostility or sidelined. The lack of transparency is alarming—most employees are left in the dark about important company changes. Teamwork is virtually non-existent, with everyone looking out for themselves in a cutthroat environment. This has fostered an atmosphere of distrust, where collaboration is nearly impossible. Upper management makes little effort to resolve these issues, and HR is unhelpful, often protecting toxic behaviors instead of addressing them. Nothing to say except Mizuho Bank should inline with other MNC Banks in terms of structural benifits like there should a standard in salary according to employees grades.
