As mizuho bank it’s growing bank but one department CSD it’s not at all good there is no respect for any employee who work in this department Boss pretending herself as she s owner of the company and she treat her calleque as servants She don’t have proper knowledge of department and don’t have any respect of her employee

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
