I have joined MITS 8 months ago and in these 8 months, I found that all team members are friendly, very helpful, and professional. The organisation has PF, gratuity, and medical insurance. The overall experience is fantastic. I am working in client-side and receive full support and help from the MITS

I have been working for more than a year. It has been wonderful experience and all the people including Senior Manager, Lead, HR are very comfortable to interact and address the issues faced. Overall a good place to work.

Work culture is great along with excellent management related to onboarding process, salary, inetrnet bills, tax saving structure assistance and reimbursement as well ! Overall good place to work !

I am working on client location. Until I didn't struck with any facilities from MITS HR. They are so active. They are in contact with you after office timing.

First of all job security we not sure .it's all based on our performance . Work culture is very good .I worked one of their client edelweiss.in .the team mates it's just amazing I loved the team all are very friendly and helpful.
